CEO and Co-Founder
Jon is one of the initial founders of Client Chat Live, taking over full time as CEO in 2015 after spending several years working with the company in a consultative capacity.
Jon has always been involved in management and sales throughout his career. He most recently spent eight years with a steel distribution and supply chain management company catering to the Oil and Gas Industry. Five of those years were spent overseas in Dubai, where Jon was essential in growing, and eventually managing, an eight-figure business with over 50 employees servicing multiple countries throughout the Middle East.
Jon and his family made the decision to return to Austin, Texas and take over full time as the CEO of CCL in 2015. His focus is ensuring that CCL provides value for its clients to help them grow their businesses while developing new technologies to continuously improve what they can offer.
As a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, he is excited to be closer to friends and family. His time outside of the office is spent with his wife, Hillary, and their three kids who always keep life moving along at a frenzied pace.
Aaron has been with Client Chat Live for over four years. He is responsible for account management, customer on-boarding, operator management, and product development.
Aaron has helped create and foster a culture geared towards customer service and quality assurance, which has allowed Client Chat Live to grow and develop great rapport with clients. His expertise in live chat is critical to our business and includes training of our operators, developing new features and services, and ensuring our clients’ needs come first.
He’s a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and has enjoyed living in the Austin area for the last 25 years. Aaron will soon be getting married to his fiancée Kristen. Outside of the office, you might find Aaron planning his next road trip with Kristen to continue their National Parks Tour.
Deb Mackey is an accountant-turned-account manager who is passionate about helping people find more effortless ways to get thing things done.
As an Account Manager for Client Chat Live, she is focused on adding value for our clients across the country in order to help them grow their businesses.
Prior to joining Client Chat Live, Deb spent several years in accounting for successful companies where she improved procedures and processes that streamlined workflows to help them grow. She also ran her own fitness consulting business and taught ESL where she discovered her love of working with clients. That experience led her to her roles in business development, customer support, and account management when she transitioned into the tech startup world.
She is a graduate of Western Governors University with a Bachelors in Accounting. When Deb isn’t at the office, you might find her spending time with her husband, Jon, planning their next international trip, participating in yoga, taking dance lessons, learning to code, or exploring Austin’s cafes in search of a new tea flavour.
Justin is a seasoned Account Manager who takes pride in building meaningful relationships with his customers so that he can better understand their goals and priorities.
At Client Chat Live, Justin is an Account Manager dedicated to helping customers grow and supporting their success. He has a passion for working alongside clients to create efficient systems and improve their thriving businesses. In addition to developing his skills and identifying his true desire to work with customers, Justin also gained invaluable business management experience during his 5 years in the Event industry. In various roles, he was integral in developing and launching multiple nationwide trainings, systems, and saving his businesses thousands of dollars. He did this by utilizing his ability to get in and learn their processes to identify ways to help them clean up and clear out the clutter to get to that next level.
When Justin isn’t in the office you can find him spending time and playing soccer or ultimate frisbee with his wife and two kids, running, or going on walks. He doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth in general, but may have a weakness for Dr. Pepper.
