Setup is Easy
It’s easy to get setup if you are an existing client. Simply login to your Client Chat Live dashboard and navigate to “Settings.” If you have a Facebook site enabled, you’ll be able to click the button to link your Facebook page and follow the instructions. Note that you must use a login that has Admin access to your company Facebook page.
If you do not see the button to link your account, simply follow the instructions to submit a ticket and our account management team will address it as quickly as possible. We may need 1-2 business days in order to complete the script for our live chat operators to follow. Once that is complete, you’ll be ready to link your Facebook page and in just a couple minutes, we’ll be your 24×7 live chat response team for Facebook messages.
